RULES AND TERMS

1. Submission Eligibility & Categories

• Short Films: Maximum running time of 30 minutes (including credits).

• Feature Films: Running time between 60 and 180 minutes.

• Short Scripts: Maximum of 30 pages.

• Feature Scripts: Between 30 and 180 pages.

• Indie Short Category: Micro-budget short films with a total production budget under $10,000.

• Indie Feature Category: Low-budget feature films with a total production budget under $40,000.

• Language: Non-English language entries must include burned-in English subtitles.

• Premiere Status: No premiere requirements. Projects available online or previously screened elsewhere remain fully eligible.

2. Instagram Promotion & Social Media Consent

• Automated Promotion: By submitting your project, you grant the festival permission to promote your work on our official Instagram channel and social media platforms (including posting your official poster, title, and synopsis).

• Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your project featured on our social channels, simply notify us via email or platform message, and we will refrain from posting or promptly remove the content.

3. Rights, Copyright & Terms

• Clearances: The submitter guarantees that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances (including music and talent releases) required for public exhibition.

• Non-Refundable: All entry fees are strictly non-refundable, and selection decisions made by the jury are final.
